Summer Concert
Synopsis
A goddess, dazzling muse, charismatic, ravishing, mesmerising, dangerous and funny. Her feelings, passions and jealousy set fire to everything around her when ignited. To incur in her rage means death. To love her can be fatal, but to deserve her affection takes us to paradise.
It is in the voices of Bárbara Barradas (soprano) and Cátia Moreso (mezzo-soprano) that we present some of the most captivating opera arias of the 19th century, in a true praise to the eternal feminine. From composers such as Rossini, Bellini, Delibes, Gounod and Bizet, the Orquestra Clássica do Sul, conducted by Maestro Rui Pinheiro, interprets the sublime musical expression of the Diva in the lyrical art. Fatal, magnetic, irresistible and passionate attraction.
